Job Description:
Job Responsibilities,
- Integrate and commission 4G LTE and 5G network sites.
- Perform eNodeB/gNodeB integration, site modernization, and capacity expansion.
- Configure RAN parameters, neighbor relations, and network features.
- Execute software upgrades, feature activation, and network validation.
- Conduct site acceptance testing (SAT) and performance verification.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and support outage restoration.
- Work with RF, Core, Transport, and Operations teams for end-to-end deployment.
Required Experience
- Hands-on experience in mobile network rollout and integration projects.
- Robust knowledge of Ericsson RAN platforms and ENM.
- Experience in 4G to 5G migration, Massive MIMO, and 5G Standalone activation.
- Exposure to multi-vendor telecom environments and managed services.
