NTT Data is hiring for an IT Asset Management - SAM for Bangalore, Noida & Hyderabad

Role: IT Asset Management - SAM (Sr. Specialist/ Advisor/ Specialist Advisor)
Location: Bangalore, Noida & Hyderabad
Work Model: Full Time Work From Office (5 Days a Week)

Key Responsibilities

- Software Asset Management (SAM) initiatives.
- Manage software license compliance using ServiceNow SAM Pro, Flexera, ServiceNow, etc.
- Perform Effective License Position (ELP) analysis for major software publishers including Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, Adobe, VMware, SAP, and Red Hat.
- Drive software audit readiness, license optimization, renewal planning, and compliance management.
- Develop and implement asset management frameworks, governance models, KPIs, SLAs, and best practices.
- Leverage AI and ServiceNow Now Assist capabilities to improve reporting, compliance analysis, and optimization recommendations.
- Advise stakeholders as an SME on IT Asset Management strategy and process improvements.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization, automation,



and enhanced asset visibility.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM)
Strong expertise in Software Asset Management
Exposure to global delivery environments and stakeholder management
Experience in project management and customer engagement
Solid analytical and reporting skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Ability to drive AI use cases across HAM and SAM processes
