Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Developer to support the Cornerstone Galaxy learning platform migration from Saba and Cura to Deloittes next-generation, AI-powered learning ecosystem. This role is focused on building and enabling developer productivity, AI-assisted engineering, automation, and intelligent platform capabilities using modern AI coding tools and enterprise development technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with .NET, Python, and PySpark, and practical experience using Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot, MCP, and CLI-based tooling to accelerate engineering delivery and build reusable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain intelligent application components supporting the Cornerstone Galaxy platform.
- Use Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot, MCP, and CLI tools to accelerate development, automation, code generation, refactoring, and engineering workflows.
- Build and support solutions using .NET, Python, and PySpark for application logic, data processing, and integration support.
- Develop reusable utilities, scripts, services, and automation patterns that improve engineering productivity and platform maintainability.
- Create and integrate AI-assisted development workflows, developer tools, and command-line utilities as needed.
- Work with structured and unstructured data where required for automation, enrichment, or workflow support.
- Collaborate with architects, data engineers, integration developers, QA, and platform stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Support API integration, service orchestration, and data movement across enterprise platforms.
- Ensure code quality, security, maintainability,



and performance through reviews, testing, and engineering best practices.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, release automation, and environment promotion processes.
- Troubleshoot production issues, analyze root causes, and implement durable fixes.
- Maintain technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 7+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with .NET development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python.
- Hands-on experience with PySpark for data processing or platform support.
- Practical experience using Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot, MCP, and CLI tools in day-to-day development work.
- Experience building reusable services, utilities, automation scripts, or platform components.
- Experience with APIs, microservices, and cloud-based application development.
- Strong understanding of secure coding, debugging, testing, and code optimization.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and recommend scalable solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in cross-functional delivery environments.

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Experience enabling AI-assisted developer workflows at scale.
- Familiarity with learning platforms, HR technology, or talent systems.
- Exposure to Azure AI services, OpenAI-based APIs, or enterprise automation patterns.
- Experience with vector search, RAG patterns, or intelligent workflow automation.
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and distributed agile delivery.
- Exposure to front-end technologies such as Angular or React.
