Project Manager / Business Analyst (Snowflake DWH & Data Product)

A highly experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst (10+ years) with a proven track record of leading Snowflake Data Warehouse, Data Platform, or Analytics implementations from inception to delivery. The ideal candidate combines solid project execution, business analysis, and Scrum Master capabilities, while effectively partnering with Product Owners to deliver business-focused data products. Experience in managing or being a BA in a data warehouse project with Snowflake or Databricks etc. it will be an added advantage.

Key Characteristics

- Strong Data Platform Background Experience delivering Snowflake (preferred) or Databricks-based DWH/Data Lakehouse implementations, with knowledge of data modeling, integrations, and modern data architectures.
- End-to-End Delivery Leadership Able to manage scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, stakeholders, resources, and delivery milestones across multiple workstreams.
- Agile / Scrum Expert – Experienced in backlog management,



sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, velocity tracking, and servant leadership.
- Strong Business Analyst – Skilled in requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria, stakeholder workshops, process analysis, and translating business needs into technical deliverables.
- Data Integration Knowledge – Familiar with APIs, ETL/ELT processes, source system integrations, third-party data feeds, and data quality analysis.
- Product Mindset – Capable of acting as a thought partner to the Product Owner, contributing to MVP planning, use-case discovery, GTM readiness, and understanding how delivery decisions impact business value.
- Executive Stakeholder Management – Comfortable communicating with senior business stakeholders, architects, engineers, and product teams while driving alignment and managing expectations.
- Commercial Awareness – Exposure to data product monetization, subscription models, licensing, or data commercialization is highly desirable.
