Job description

- Analyze BOQ and GFC (Good for Construction) drawing approved by client.
- Project planning, resource planning, preparation of project monitoring manuals, bar charts, pert charts progress reports.
- Preparing & Evaluation of budget planning & management.
- Estimating the quantities from approved drawings including cost analysis
- Rate Analysis with respect to standard data.
- Work closely with project head & finance department to ensure forecast & risk management.
- Preparation of Daily, Weekly & Monthly work reports.
- Maintain the comparison statement with BOQ to In office measurements.
- Maintaining & preparing correspondence documentation (For Clients, Office&

Vendors).

- Assist in commercial input including financial and contractual performance forecasts to the management team.
- Maintaining Quality Reports for the client and as well as our reference.

Qualification and experience:

- B.Tech/B.E/Diploma in civil Engineering from a recognized institute
- Must have 5 to 8 yrs of experience in construction industry

Key Skills:

- Project planning & scheduling
- Project coordination
- Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project and Primavera.
