We are hiring Finance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Participate in Knowledge Transfer (KT) sessions and process transitions
Develop Desktop Procedures (DTPs), SOPs, and process documentation
Support training delivery for Global Hub teams
Manage KT plans, trackers, and issue escalations
Collaborate with global stakeholders across geographies
Support finance process implementation across RTR, PTP, RTC, Tax, Treasury, Internal Controls, and Finance Technology functions

Required Experience:
510 years of Finance & Accounting experience
Robust expertise in RTR, RTC, PTP, Tax, Treasury, Internal Controls, or Finance Technology
Experience in process documentation, DTP/SOP creation, and transition projects
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience working in cross-functional and multicultural environments

Preferred:
GBS / Shared Services / Finance Transformation experience
Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion exposure
Experience with project plans, risk registers, and programme documentation
