Role Summary
We are looking for experienced Workday Integration Consultants/Developers to support global M&A;, divestment, and carve-out transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have strong Workday integration and mandatory payroll integration experience, with an interest in leveraging Workday AI capabilities and modern integration platforms to accelerate delivery, reduce downtime, and simplify complex HR and payroll integrations.
Key Responsibilities

- Lead and deliver Workday integration workstreams for M&A;, divestments, carve-outs, acquisitions, and business separation programs.
- Design and develop scalable Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, PICOF, Cloud Connect and Workday Extend.
- Build and support complex payroll integrations with Workday Payroll and third-party payroll platforms such as ADP, UKG, Ceridian and other global payroll providers.
- Leverage Workday AI capabilities and GenAI tools to improve integration development, testing, documentation and delivery speed.
- Utilize modern integration platforms such as Flowwise, PipeDream and similar orchestration tools to streamline end-to-end integration flows.
- Partner with HR, Payroll,



IT and business stakeholders throughout transformation initiatives.
- Support data migration, integration testing, cutover planning and post-go-live stabilization for M&A; and carve-out programs.
- Ensure integration quality, governance, security and technical documentation.

Mandatory Skills

- 5 -13 years of IT experience.
- Strong hands-on Workday Integration experience.
- Mandatory Payroll Integration experience.
- Experience in M&A;, Divestment or Carve-Out integration projects.
- Hands-on with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI/PICOF and Workday Extend.
- Experience using AI/GenAI tools to accelerate software delivery.
- Solid stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Workday AI capabilities and AI-enabled automation.
- Flowwise, PipeDream or other integration orchestration platforms.
- Global HR and Payroll transformation programs.
- Integration architecture and API-based integrations.
- Agile delivery experience.
