Overview

The Senior Data Annotator is responsible for performing the day-to-day work on annotation tasks. They draw boxes on images and tag them according to the client s specifications. The Senior Data Annotator also transcribes the text in images and performs peer review on other Data Annotator s work. They help to communicate project specifics from project management to the other Data Annotators. Annotation experience required.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Draw boxes around required content on given images and tag it accurately according to guidelines.
- Transcribe text using the right words and spelling in English or targeted language.
- Review/QA submissions done by peers to improve overall accuracy.
- Communicate project specifics from project management to the other Data Annotators
- Additional duties as required.

Requirements

- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.




- General knowledge of online communication.
- Ability to type in English and at least one of the target languages.
- Willingness to work overtime if necessary.
- Remote, office, or hybrid work setting depending on specific position.
- Ability to follow directions and perform time bound tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks without degradation in quality.
- Detail-oriented problem-solving mindset.
- Organized and focused enough to work independently as a role player within a team environment.
