In this role, you will be part of the Global Business Operations team, with a particular focus on Retail Contact Center performance and decision support. This position will have a direct role in shaping the data and reporting infrastructure of the Retail Customer Care organisation. The role requires understanding of data architecture, data engineering and advanced Tableau skillsets to develop and own reporting for contact center performance metrics and analytics. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing data pipelines and Tableau solutions to deliver productive analytical and reporting capabilities. Work as Individual contributor with comprehensive understanding of data architecture, Extract, Transform Load (ETL) processes and data visualisation best practices. Have full ownership of developing, enhancing and maintaining data pipelines, Tableau Datasources and their schedules along with strong understanding of database concepts and SQL/Snowflake - Develop highly scalable data pipelines data structures to ingest and process data from multiple source systems, leveraging Stored procedures, Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration, scheduling, and monitoring - Architect generic,



reusable solutions that adhere to data warehousing best practices while addressing complex business requirements - Analyze and optimize existing data pipelines and tableau solutions, providing enhancements and ongoing support as needed - Uphold the highest standards of data integrity, ensuring reliable and accurate outputs Working closely with stakeholders to understand and translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions meeting data warehousing and Tableau solutioning design standards - Occasional meetings with peers and cross-functional teams in Americas, EMEIA and APAC during overlapping business hours.
