Overview:

The Learning & Development (L&D;) Trainer plays a pivotal role in shaping the workforce capability by delivering impactful training programs. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about skill development and employee growth. The trainer will design and deliver sessions focused on soft skills, attitudes & behaviours, language and communication tailored to evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Delivery:

- Facilitate engaging training sessions on soft skills, and behavioral competencies, language and communication.
- Customize content to suit different departments and roles within the organization.
- Leverage multiple learning platforms (in-person, virtual, blended) to enhance engagement.

Curriculum Design:





- Develop and update training materials, modules, and resources based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content relevance and accuracy.
- Design and administer assessments to measure learning effectiveness.

Learner Engagement:

- Foster a positive and inclusive learning workplace.
- Apply interactive techniques such as role-plays, simulations, group discussions, and case studies.

Preferred candidate profile

- Any Graduate or Postgraduate
- Strong communication skills
- Good presentation skills
- Proficiency in Canva
- Ability to create engaging presentations and visual content
