Role & responsibilities

Study of Tender Documents & Preparation of Pre-Bid Queries.

Process sizing calculations, Data Sheets, developing Plant Layout, Process Flow Diagrams, P&IDs; and other related process Documents.

Interaction with Vendors for Pumps, agitators, valves, Process Equipment selection.

Developing Mechanical, Piping & Valves BOQs and O&M; costing.

To prepare & deliver techno-commercial presentations for Brewery plants.

Process optimization & Risk analysis.

Manage and co-ordinate the sales queue to ensure that all solutions proposed are provided in accordance with sales team instructions and customer RFQ.

Responsible for following up open orders until delivery and invoice issuance.

Respond timely and accurately to customer's requests for information and requests for pricing.

Manage inquiry / order log sheet.

Prepare Win / Loss reports to each account.

Maintain gross margin agreed on with Sales Account Managers.

Immediately reports any loss incurred after order placement by customers.

Maintain full up to date technical awareness of the products.





Assist Sales Team with product enhancement knowledge.

Reply to customers with and technical clarification needed.

Preparation of technical offer & technical data sheets.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience of Coordination with BD & Project Team.

Should have in depth knowledge of liquid process engineering & technology.

Should have experience in attending Clients queries and Comments during Bidding/Enquiry stage.

Excellent analytical and calculation skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to persuade others to change existing practices.

Solid attention to detail engineering.

Proven ability to identify, assess and solve problems.

Proficient with computer and AutoCAD s/w.

Knowledge of process engineering software systems, Good initiative and ability to work independently.

The ability to meet high performance standards in a team whilst maintaining ethics and integrity.
