Job Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end import (EXIM) logistics and customs clearance.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, CHA, freight forwarders, customs, and port authorities.
- Ensure timely clearance and delivery of imported materials.
- Handle shipping documentation, invoices, and duty/tax payments.
- Track shipments and avoid detention, demurrage, and port charges.
- Maintain logistics data and reports in SAP, Power BI, and Excel.

Required Skills

- Experience in Import Logistics, EXIM, and Customs Clearance.
- Robust knowledge of international shipping, import documentation, and customs regulations.
- Hands-on experience with SAP and Advanced Excel (Power BI preferred).
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- French, Portuguese, or Swahili language proficiency is preferred/mandatory (as per project requirements).
