About the Role

IFINGLOBAL is looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter with a strong background in IT Contract Staffing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing technical talent across multiple technologies within aggressive turnaround timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for contract staffing positions.
- Source candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, X-Ray Search, referrals, and social media.
- Screen candidates for technical and functional fit.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.
- Negotiate offers and ensure successful closures.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche and emerging technologies.
- Meet recruitment KPIs, TAT, and quality hiring metrics.





Required Skills

- 26 years of experience in IT Recruitment (Contract Staffing).
- Strong sourcing expertise across multiple hiring platforms.
- Experience hiring for Cloud, Data, AI/ML, DevOps, Full Stack, Cyber Security, SAP, ERP, and Infrastructure roles.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work on multiple client requirements simultaneously.

Preferred

- Experience working with GCCs, System Integrators, or Product Companies.
- Robust understanding of current technology hiring trends.
