- Provide technical expertise on SAP Basis administration, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of SAP systems.
- Ensure high availability and performance of SAP systems by monitoring system resources, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing optimization measures.
- Collaborate with development teams to design and implement new solutions using SAP BASIS technologies such as HANA.
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to database management (DB2/Oracle/SQL Server), application servers (JAVA/Weblogic/Websphere), and middleware platforms (Websphere).
- Develop scripts for automating tasks and improving efficiency within the IT workplace.
