Position Details

Role: US IT Technical Recruiter
Location: PSR Prime Towers, Gachibowli, Hyderabad
Employment Type: Full-Time
Interview Mode: Face-to-Face Only

Key Requirements

- 3 to 8 years of experience in US IT Technical Recruitment.
- Robust experience in contract staffing and full-cycle recruitment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience with Ceipal ATS (Mandatory).
- Proven expertise in W2, 1099, and C2C hiring models.
- Good understanding of US work authorization and visa types, including H1B, OPT, CPT, Green Card, and US Citizens.




- Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver quality submissions within quick turnaround times.
- Strong sourcing and screening capabilities for technical roles.

Preferred Experience

- Experience recruiting for State Government/Public Sector clients.
- Exposure to VMS platforms such as Covendis, DotStaff, and Vector VMS.
- Ability to work effectively in a target-driven and performance-oriented environment.
