Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment & talent acquisition
- Employee onboarding & induction
- Maintaining HR documentation & records
- Ensuring statutory compliance and HR policies adherence
- Handling payroll coordination & processing
- Preparing and managing MIS reports
- Managing on-roll & off-roll employees
- Handling HR operations for both corporate office and plant workforce
- Supporting overall HR operations & employee engagement
Requirements:
- 3 to 4 years of relevant HR experience
- MBA in HR or equivalent qualification
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and compliance
- Ability to manage workforce across office and manufacturing plant
- Positive communication and organizational skills
- Experience in manufacturing industry will be an added advantage
Must be comfortable working onsite at E-City,Tukkuguda, Ranga Reddy District, Hyderabad, Telangana
