Objective: Responsible for overseeing all legal matters and providing strategic legal advice and guidance to

support operations and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Accountability

- Handle IP, legal & litigation (writ, civil & criminal arbitration cases) related matters of both domestic and international operations.
- Oversee preparation & vetting of documents like agreements, contracts, and loan documents.
- Conduct legal research as needed and provide a written analysis of results to enable effective management decision-making.
- Due diligence, scrutiny & risk mitigation.
- Analyze the legal risk of recent business ventures, propose acquisitions & prepare the legal strategy.




- Represent the organization before administrative / tribunals / appellate or quasi-judicial agencies and follow up on all cases.
- Advice regarding transactions of business concerning internal affairs, directors, stockholders, officers, and corporate relationships with the

public.
