We are looking for a Guidewire QA Engineer with 610 years of experience in software testing and robust expertise in testing Guidewire applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter, a strong understanding of P&C; Insurance, and hold a Guidewire Certification (Mandatory).

Key Responsibilities

- Perform Functional, Integration, System, Regression, and UAT testing for Guidewire applications.
- Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
- Validate Guidewire configurations, workflows, business rules, and system integrations.
- Conduct API testing using Postman, SoapUI, or similar tools.
- Perform database validation using SQL queries.
- Log, track, and manage defects using JIRA or similar tools.
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and Business Stakeholders.
- Participate in requirement analysis, estimation, test planning, and defect triage meetings.
- Support SIT, UAT,



production validation, and release activities.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and testing best practices.

Mandatory Skills

- 6–10 years of QA experience.
- Guidewire Certification (Associate/Specialist) – Mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter testing.
- Strong understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance.
- Experience in Functional, Integration, Regression, and End-to-End Testing.
- Strong API Testing experience (REST/SOAP).
- Hands-on SQL/database validation experience.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum projects.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with Guidewire Cloud Platform.
- Test automation experience using Selenium/Java.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
