Job Overview

- This role demands solid ownership and strategic involvement across finance,communication and compliance

Responsibilities

- Drive investor relations strategy & execution
- Keep investor outreach and communication processes structured
- Lead capital-raising efforts alongside the top management
- Manage due diligence processes and transaction closures
- Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis and benchmarking reports
- Draft and send periodic investor updates, and maintain MIS and records
- Prepare and analyze information and materials for investor meetings as well as the
- companys annual meeting and other key investor events

Knowledge, Experience & Capabilities

- MBA Finance (Tier 1/2)/ CA/ CFA3-4 years of prior experience in investment banking, venture capital or corporatestrategy
- Proven track record of managing capital raises and investor relations
- Strong financial acumen, planning and modelling skills
- Strong stakeholder management, communication
