Role & responsibilities

- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and longrange financial plans
- Perform variance analysis vs. budget/forecast and explain key drivers
- Develop financial models to support business cases and strategic initiatives
- Analyze revenue, costs, margins, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership
- Partner with crossfunctional teams to support business decisions
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 2–6 years of experience in FP&A;, finance, or analytical roles (leveldependent)
- Robust financial modeling and analytical skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems and BI tools preferred
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to work under deadlines
