Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Order to Cash (O2C) Functional Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions. The ideal candidate should possess solid functional expertise in the Order to Cash business process with hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud modules, including Order Management (OM), Pricing, Shipping Execution, Inventory Management, and Cost Management (Costing).

The candidate should have excellent client-facing skills and proven experience delivering multiple end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership to deliver scalable and best-practice Oracle Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead solution design and implementation for Oracle Fusion Cloud Order to Cash (O2C) processes.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions.
- Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Cloud modules:
- Order Management (OM)
- Pricing
- Shipping Execution
- Inventory Management
- Cost Management (Costing)

- Conduct solution workshops, fit-gap analysis, CRP (Conference Room Pilot), UAT, and production deployment activities.
- Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), configuration workbooks, process flows, and test scripts.
- Work closely with technical consultants on integrations, extensions, reports, and data migration requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Planning,



and Logistics.
- Provide functional guidance during testing phases and resolve business process issues.
- Support data migration activities using FBDI, ADFDI, and other Oracle Cloud data loading tools where applicable.
- Ensure Oracle best practices are followed while designing business solutions.
- Participate in requirement workshops, solution demonstrations, and stakeholder presentations.
- Provide post-go-live support and production issue resolution.
- Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

- 710 years of Oracle SCM implementation experience.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM experience.
- Strong functional expertise in the Order to Cash (O2C) process.
- Hands-on implementation experience in:
- Oracle Fusion Order Management
- Oracle Fusion Pricing
- Oracle Fusion Shipping Execution
- Oracle Fusion Inventory Management
- Oracle Fusion Cost Management (Costing)

- Experience working on at least 3 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of O2C business processes from order capture through shipping, inventory transactions, costing, and invoicing.
- Experience in business process mapping, solution design, system configuration, testing, training, and deployment.
- Ability to perform fit-gap analysis and recommend Oracle Cloud best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with global delivery teams.
