As an Accounts Receivable Caller/Associate, should be aware of US Medical Billing, CPT & ICD 10 codes, Modifiers. Who can call insurance companies in US to get claim status. Understanding rejections, denials and can take necessary actions.

Experience: 1 to 4 years.

Roles And Responsibilities:

- Responsible for calling Insurance companies (in US) and following up on outstanding Accounts Receivable.
- Ensure that the deliverable to the client adheres to the quality standards.
- Appeal Insurances on pending claims.
- EOB analysis and work on denials.
- Should be willing to work in US shift.

Desired Profile

- Any Graduate/Undergraduate
- Should be an excellent communicator with very good interpersonal relationships and great team-building capacity
- Should have at least 2 to 4 years of experience in the international voice process.
- Proficient in computers and internet usage with good command over MS Word, MS Excel and keyboard skills
- Good analytical and numerical abilities and should be excellent in easy mathematical calculations
- Ability to multi-task.
- Willingness to be a team player and show initiative where needed.
