Logility Functional Support - Specialist Advisor

- We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented Logility Support Specialist to join our Supply Chain Planning support team.
- The primary responsibility of this role is to act as the first line of support for end-users facing challenges with the Logility Voyager (or current version) platform.
- You will handle inquiries, resolve incidents, and provide functional guidance to ensure supply chain planners and managers can execute their duties efficiently.
- This role requires a blend of Logility functional knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and solid communication abilities.

Primary Responsibilities:

- End-User Support & Guidance: Act as the primary point of contact for end-users (Planners, Analysts, Procurement) needing assistance with Logility, guiding them through standard processes and best practices to optimize system use.
- Incident Resolution: Log, classify, prioritize, and resolve user-reported incidents in the ticketing system, adhering to SLAs.
- Functionality Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve issues within Logility Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, Supply Planning and Production Scheduling.
- System Navigation Support: Assist users in creating, reviewing, and interpreting demand forecasts, inventory plans, and supply chain reports.




- Knowledge Base Management: Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base, creating documentation, FAQs, and step-by-step guides for recurring user queries to facilitate self-service.
- Escalation Liaison: Escalate complex technical issues (bugs, system downtime) to Tier 2 support or external Logility vendors, providing detailed troubleshooting notes.
- Data Validation: Assist in validating input data to troubleshoot issues relating to planning accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience: 1 3+ years of experience in Logility Voyager Solutions (Demand Planning, Inventory, Supply Planning) supporting end-users.
- Functional Knowledge: Strong understanding of Supply Chain Planning concepts (Forecasting, Safety Stock, Lead Times, Net Requirements).
- Technical Troubleshooting: Proven ability to diagnose and solve application-based problems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical processes to non-technical users.
- Ticketing Systems: Experience with IT service management tools (e.g., Zendesk, Jira, ServiceNow) to track and document issues.
- Customer Service: High level of empathy and patience, with a focus on delivering excellent user experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with ERP integrations (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Logility Data Bridges.
- Proficiency in SQL for data investigation.
- Core Competencies: Analytical Thinking: Ability to determine the root cause of functional malfunctions.
- Collaboration: Ability to work closely with IT and supply chain business partners.
- Adaptability: Ability to learn new system updates and modules quickly.
