Job Description:

- Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and support to ensure high-quality software delivery and continuous skill development.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and related technologies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and establish project timelines.
- Oversee the complete software development lifecycle, including planning, estimation, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support activities.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices,



and software engineering methodologies while identifying opportunities to improve system performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Manage task allocation, monitor team progress, resolve technical challenges, and support the successful delivery of multiple projects within scope, budget, and schedule constraints.
- Work with databases, cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems to streamline development processes and enhance application scalability and availability.
