Roles and Responsibilities :
- Analyze business requirements to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes using Agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, and operations to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and maintain BRD (Business Requirement Document) and FRD (Functional Requirement Document) documents for IT projects.
- Participate in requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications.
Job Requirements :
- 6-12 years of experience in Business Analysis or related field.
- Solid understanding of Agile SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) principles and practices.
- Experience working on Scrum teams as a Business Analyst or similar role.
