Role & responsibilities

- Managing different licensing models for major vendors (Oracle, VMware, Adobe, SAP, etc.).
- Acting as the main point of contact for a specific region/category.
- Manage software renewals and negotiate new software agreements with both internal and externals.
- Monitoring and optimizing software license usage and costs through inventory, analysis, and audits for a specific region.
- Leading internal software audits and supporting external vendor audits.
- Developing, maintaining, and communicating transparent policies and procedures for license management.
- Continuously improving SAM processes with a focus on compliance and traceability.

Creating POs, following up with stakeholders on GRs and ensuring invoices paid in time.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience: Having worked 2-5 years in a role that required analytical, detail-oriented, organized, high communication and negotiation skills, with good knowledge of software licensing and asset management.
