Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our Interiors business by identifying recent opportunities, building strong client relationships, and generating revenue. The ideal candidate should have experience in interior fit-out sales, client acquisition, and project coordination, with the ability to understand client requirements and convert leads into successful business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities for interior fit-out and turnkey interior projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, corporate clients, developers, and channel partners.
- Meet prospective clients to understand their requirements and present suitable interior solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations,



and commercial offers in coordination with the design and estimation teams.
- Follow up on leads and manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to project closure.
- Negotiate commercial terms and finalize contracts with clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and execution.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums whenever required.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in interiors, fit-outs, furniture, construction, or building materials.
