About the Role

My Visa Mitra is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR & Recruitment Intern to support our recruitment and HR operations. This role is ideal for freshers who are interested in Human Resources and talent acquisition and want hands-on experience in recruitment and employee coordination.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals and social media.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Contact candidates and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate and employee records.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status.
- Prepare offer letters and onboarding documents.
- Assist with employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Update recruitment reports and hiring trackers.
- Support daily HR administrative activities.
- Coordinate with the Work Visa team for recruitment requirements.

Skills Required

- Good communication skills in English and Telugu.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).




- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Eligibility
