Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer with 5 8 years of experience in AWS, Amazon Connect, React, and Database technologies to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting scalable cloud-based applications and customer engagement solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and experience working in agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using React.js and AWS services.
- Develop and support Amazon Connect solutions, including Contact Flows, Queues, Routing Profiles, Agent Workspaces, and integrations with external systems.
- Build scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices using cloud-native architectures.
- Design and optimize relational and NoSQL database solutions.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
- Ensure security, reliability, scalability, and compliance across applications.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical design discussions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5 8 years of experience in software development and cloud-based application development.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS Services such as:
- Lambda
- API Gateway
- S3
- DynamoDB




- CloudWatch
- IAM
- SNS/SQS
- ECS/EKS

- Experience with Amazon Connect, including:

- Contact Flows
- Routing Profiles
- Queues
- Lex Bots
- Contact Center Integrations
- Reporting and Analytics

- Robust expertise in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
- Experience in database design and development using:

- PostgreSQL
- MySQL
- SQL Server
- MongoDB
- DynamoDB

- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, Microservices, and Serverless Architecture.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience integrating Amazon Connect with CRM platforms and third-party applications.
- Knowledge of Node.js, TypeScript, or Python.
- AWS Certifications such as:
- AWS Certified Developer Associate
- AWS Solutions Architect Associate/Professional

- Experience with monitoring and observability tools.

Nice to Have
- Experience with Contact Center and Customer Experience (CX) platforms.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation/Terraform).
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
