Job Title: GRC Analyst Data Governance & Compliance

Role Summary

We are hiring a GRC Analyst with hands-on experience in Microsoft Purview and strong knowledge of data governance and compliance frameworks to manage and enhance data protection across Microsoft 365.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and manage Microsoft Purview (DLP, Sensitivity Labels, Retention, Data Classification)
- Perform audits and monitoring across M365 (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange)
- Identify governance gaps, policy violations, and misclassifications
- Analyze reports, troubleshoot issues, and reduce false positives
- Collaborate with Security, IT, Legal, and Compliance teams
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and support compliance activities

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview & M365 Compliance tools
- Robust knowledge of frameworks: NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, SOC 2

Experience in DLP, data classification, and compliance monitoring
