Role Summary

This role involves advanced system analysis, design, development, and implementation of Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, and RAG-based applications using Python and AWS. The position requires building secure, scalable, and production-grade solutions, leading backend optimization and data integration efforts, and collaborating with senior stakeholders to drive strategic AI initiatives within the financial services domain.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions using Python and AWS services.
- Build and optimize Agentic AI systems utilizing frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Google ADK, or AutoGen.
- Develop and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases, embeddings, and LLMs.
- Architect end-to-end AI applications including prompt engineering, model orchestration, evaluation frameworks, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and leadership teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.
- Lead technical design discussions and mentor development teams on AI/ML best practices.
- Implement and fine-tune machine learning models for predictive analytics and intelligent automation.
- Build secure, scalable, and cloud-native AI applications leveraging AWS services.
- Ensure AI solutions comply with enterprise security, governance, and regulatory standards.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Data Engineering, Cloud, Product, and Business stakeholders.

Qualification and skills




- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, system integration, database design, and back-end architecture.
- Bachelor s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in relevant fields such as Computer Science, or a Master s degree/Diploma in Computer Science.
- Expertise in server-side development, system integration, and API management; solid knowledge of database design, optimization, debugging, and performance tuning.
- Must-have skills:
- Expert-level proficiency in Python with strong experience in building scalable enterprise applications.
- Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services and cloud-native application development.
- Strong experience in Agentic AI development, including designing and implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions.
- Solid foundation in Machine Learning concepts, model development, deployment, and optimization.
- Experience with Generative AI technologies and LLM-based applications.
- Hands-on expertise in at least one of the following frameworks:
- LangChain
- LangGraph
- Google ADK
- CrewAI
- AutoGen
- Experience with prompt engineering, vector databases, embeddings, and AI agent orchestration.
- Ability to design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI/ML solutions in cloud environments.
- Good to have multi cloud experience AWS and GCP

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
