This role is focused on leading end-to-end recruitment and campus hiring initiatives, with a strong emphasis on building early talent pipelines across IT, Solutions, and Delivery functions. You will also support hiring for mid-to-senior technical talent, Recruiting, and Sales roles, while partnering closely with business leaders in India and the US.Key Highlights:

What We're Looking For:

- 7+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Strong experience in campus hiring and stakeholder management
