What would you do Manage end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple rounds (HR, technical, leadership)Coordinate with candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers to align availabilityHandle calendar management, interview invites, reminders, and reschedulingEnsure smooth execution of interviews (virtual links, meeting rooms, panel readiness)Coordinate assessments (online/offline, case studies, tests) and track completionShare instructions, timelines,



and follow-ups with candidates for assessmentsDrive timely feedback collection from interviewers and evaluatorsTrack hiring progress and flag delays or bottlenecks proactivelyMaintain accurate data in ATS and scheduling trackers

Roles and Responsibilities: Own the interview coordination process with high accuracy and speedAct as the central point of contact between candidates, recruiters, and interview panelsEnsure strong turnaround time (TAT) for scheduling and feedback loopsManage high-volume coordination with multiple stakeholdersMaintain structured trackers for interviews, assessments, and feedbackEnsure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the processContinuously improve scheduling and coordination workflows
