Technical Sales Support Engineer

Experience: 3-6 Years
Qualification: B.E./B. Tech (Civil/Mechanical) or Equivalent

Role Summary:

We are looking for a Technical Sales Support Engineer with solid expertise in both uPVC Window Designing and Cost Estimation. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in EVA/Window Maker Software and AutoCAD 2D, with the ability to prepare technical designs, costing, BOQs/BOMs, and provide technical support to the Sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Design uPVC windows and doors using EVA/Window Maker Software and AutoCAD 2D.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, BOMs, quotations, and material optimization.
- Develop new profile/system designs as per customer and project requirements.
- Prepare shop drawings, fabrication drawings, assembly drawings, and technical documentation.
- Perform structural analysis and wind load calculations for project requirements.
- Coordinate with Sales, Fabrication, Production, and Installation teams for smooth project execution.
- Provide technical support, value engineering solutions, and product recommendations.
- Conduct product training, prepare technical presentations (PPTs),



and deliver presentations to internal teams, customers, and fabricators.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Mandatory experience in both Window Designing and Cost Estimation.
- Mandatory working knowledge of EVA/Window Maker Software and AutoCAD 2D.
- 3-6 years of experience in the uPVC/Fenestration/Aluminium industry.
- Robust understanding of profile systems, fabrication, project costing, BOQ/BOM preparation, and material optimization.
- Ability to conduct technical training, prepare PPTs, and provide technical support to Sales and customers.
