Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.
- Supervise front office staff, including receptionists, telephone operators, and reservation agents.
- Coordinate with other departments such as housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance to ensure seamless guest service.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback in a skilled manner.
Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in hospitality industry as Duty Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mall operations and guest handling procedures.
- Excellent communication skills for effective guest relations and conflict resolution.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
