Role Summary:
The Salesforce Service Cloud Developer is responsible for building, customizing, and enhancing Service Cloud solutions to support customer service operations, integrations, and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and customize Service Cloud features (Cases, Flows, Omni-Channel, Knowledge).
- Implement Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations.
- Configure automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Validation Rules.
- Build and maintain integrations with external systems via APIs.
- Support deployments, bug fixes, and production support activities.
- Collaborate with architects, admins, and business teams to deliver solutions.
- Ensure code quality, performance,



and adherence to Salesforce best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 5 8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Solid hands-on skills in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with Service Cloud configuration and customization.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, deployments, and version control.
- Understanding of Salesforce security and governor limits.
- Salesforce Developer / Service Cloud certifications preferred.
