Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Bench Sales Recruiter with strong experience in handling H1B & OPT consultants. The ideal candidate should have a strong vendor network and hands-on experience in the US IT staffing ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

- Market bench consultants (H1B, OPT) to vendors and implementation partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients
- Negotiate billing rates and close positions efficiently
- Maintain and update the consultant database regularly
- Ensure daily submissions and consistent follow-ups
- Track submissions, interviews, and placements




- Coordinate with consultants for project onboarding

Required Skills:

- Strong vendor network in US IT staffing
- Proven experience in Bench Sales / US Staffing
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
- At least 3000 Connections in Linkedin
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working with direct clients and implementation partners
- Hands-on experience with job portals and marketing techniques
- Solid follow-up and closure skills
