CRM Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end customer collections cycle, ensuring timely
milestone demand notices, payment follow-ups, post sales services, escalation management,
compliance tracking, and coordination with internal stakeholders. The role plays a critical part in
maintaining project cash flow through disciplined collection management.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue milestone demand notices exactly 15 days before each construction milestone.
- Track construction milestones in coordination with the Site Project Manager before raising customer
demands.
- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments within 7 days of the due date.
- Escalate overdue accounts through the formal escalation process after 30 days.
- Ensure TDS compliance for villa payments above 50 Lakhs.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Sales, and Project teams for payment verification and collections.
- Support corpus fund collection during project handover.
- Maintain accurate collection records, payment schedules, and customer communication logs.
- Ensure zero tolerance for delayed demand notices and missed collection milestones.
- Prepare periodic MIS reports on collections, overdue accounts, and payment status.
Candidate Profile
Must Have
- 35 years of experience in real estate collections and accounts receivable.
- Solid process discipline with excellent attention to deadlines.
- Experience handling high-value customer communications (1 Crore+ milestone payments).
- Working knowledge of TDS compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/CRM systems.
Nice to Have
- Experience with residential real estate developers.
- Familiarity with RERA-compliant payment schedules.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management best practices.

Educational Qualification
