Roles and Responsibilities:

- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for UKG Pro WFM, including end-to-end implementation and project support.
- Provide production support and maintenance for UKG Pro WFM, including issue resolution for timecard data, pay code calculations, and person/functionality access.
- Support UKG WFM timekeeping & attendance capabilities such as pay policy building blocks, ESS, access and security, Hyperfinds, dataviews, and Transaction Assistant.
- Support UKG WFM accruals and scheduling, including accrual profiles, policies, grants/limits, schedule planners, workload planning, and employee self-service components.
- Lead change request delivery from initial analysis and FS documentation through design, configuration, testing, release management, and impact analysis; address Transaction Assistant errors through evaluation, debugging, and resolution.

Skills Required:





- 5+ years of experience with UKG Workforce Central and/or UKG Pro WFM with hands-on implementation and support
- UKG Pro WFM (hands-on implementation and support experience)
- End-to-end implementation experience and project support for workforce management solutions
- Hands-on support for timekeeping/attendance, pay code calculations, and analytics using dataviews
- Change request execution including configuration, testing, release management, and impact analysis

Valuable to Have:

- WFM experience and exposure to UKG WFM scheduling, advanced scheduling, and ESS components
- Experience integrating with Oracle Cloud
- UKG Pro certification

Education: B.Tech in Information Technology or equivalent
