B. Job Profile / Duties and Responsibilities:

KPI s

- Ensure the SAP based systems to operate reliably and efficiently in a secure workplace. This includes assisting with the configuration and maintenance of High Availability and Disaster Recovery of SAP systems
- SAAS, Cloud and S/4 implementation models
- GRC controller
- Transport Management
- SAP Application Patch Notes upgrade
- SAProuter setup and OSS configuration, SAP Logon groups
- Database restoration and recovery
- SAP installation/ re-installation and configuration
- Planning and managing support packages and kernel patch upgradations, client copies/ transports
- Planning and executing database upgrades
- SDCC monitoring and management, EWA closures
- Maintenance and monitoring of DR standby server
- Configuring/ re-configuring system log / alert thresholds
- Team Lead - Entire basis support personnel and guiding the team technically in all defined areas within SAP BASIS
- Develop, implement, maintain, and improve team procedures, benchmarks, and controls
- Migration and Upgrades of DB,



Appl Specific components
- Ensure the adherence of standards
- Responsibility of Entire Basis operation and Internal and external Escalations

Other Responsibilities

- Coordination for installations, upgrade and support of all components of the SAP Infrastructure

Diploma/Graduate/Post Graduate

Length of overall experience

7 8 Years of relevant experience

Functional / Technical Skills

SAP Basis with Hana

Must to have Skills

- Day to day monitoring of HANA Database
- Day to day monitoring ECC Application,BW and BO systems
- Kernal Upgarde
- Support Pack installations, NOTE and ADD-ONs
- Client copy Daily Basis activities
- Solution Manager Basics
- Monitoring daily backups
- Basic knowledge on AIX and Linuxs
- Installations DB Refresh
- STMS Configurations
- SAP Security
- HANA Replication Monitoring
