Product Knowledge Required

- ForgeRock Identity Platform (AM, IDM, DS, Identity Gateway, Web Agents)
- Good to have:
- SiteMinder
- Microsoft Entra ID

Must Have

- 3-4 years of IAM implementation experience.
- Hands-on experience with ForgeRock AM, IDM, DS, Identity Gateway, and Web Agents.
- Experience onboarding applications to ForgeRock AM for SSO using web-agents.
- Valuable understanding of legacy web agent-based authentication and modernization to SAML 2.0 and OIDC.
- Experience configuring authentication journeys, access policies, and federation.
- Experience integrating applications with LDAP/Active Directory and enterprise Identity Providers.
- Experience with Groovy and Java for ForgeRock customizations and integrations.
- Working knowledge of REST APIs, JWT, SSL/TLS, Linux, and basic scripting.

Good to Have

- Experience migrating applications from SiteMinder or similar legacy access management platforms.
- Experience onboarding applications to Microsoft Entra ID using SAML/OIDC.
- Experience publishing on-premises applications using Microsoft Entra Application Proxy.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, and Agile delivery.
