Key Responsibilities

The Oracle Cloud EPM Lead is responsible for owning and governing the Oracle Cloud EPM applications, ensuring reliable support for financial close, consolidation, planning, reconciliation and reporting.

- Serve as the EPM offshore solution lead for Oracle Cloud enhancements, implementations and advanced support.
- Work with the onshore EPM team and the portfolio business collaborators to execute on products roadmap, provide day-to-day support and deliver features and improvements within the communicated timelines.
- Lead design and configuration of Oracle Cloud EPM modules, including EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS and Financial Reporting.
- Build and maintain Calculation Scripts, Business Rules, Dimensions, Data Loads, Batch Automation Scripts and application backups.
- Design dimensional models, metadata, business rules, data maps, and reports
- Translate business requirements into scalable EPM solutions
- Ensure solutions meet performance, security, and audit requirements
- Conduct design reviews and knowledge transfer sessions
- Leverage Oracle Data Integration tools (Data Management, REST APIs and Groovy Scripting)
- Manage scope, risks, dependencies, and timelines
- Ensure compliance with SOX, security, and internal controls
- Mentor and guide a team of EPM analysts
- Support training and product adoption
- Provide day-to-day support for internal and external system integrations to and from Oracle Cloud EPM modules.
- Lead impact assessment, Fit-Gap analysis, and regression testing for recurring Oracle releases.
- Coordinate Oracle service requests and drive to a final resolution.

Focus Areas





- Solution Leadership & Architecture- Own end-to-end Oracle Cloud EPM solution design and architecture and execute on application strategy aligned with finance transformation goals.
- Business Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement- Act as the primary offshore EPM advisor to Finance, FP&A;, Accounting, and Controllership, and Drive adoption by aligning EPM capabilities with business outcomes.
- Delivery & Project Management - Oversee offshore delivery team, Lead enhancement projects from design through deployment and manage scope, risks, timelines, and quality across multiple EPM initiatives.
- Application Configuration & Optimization - Lead application configuration including Metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, Calculation scripts, Data integrations (Data Management, EPM Automate) and Optimize performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Release Management & Testing - Validate monthly updates and oversee regression testing. Ensure current features and patches comply with governance standards.

Required Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience supporting and leading people and projects in Oracle Cloud EPM.
- In-depth knowledge of EPM products and hands-on support and implementation experience
- People leadership, stakeholder communication, and strategic alignment skills
- Experience with monthly release cycles, impact assessment, and regression testing.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Oracle Cloud Certifications in Oracle EPM.
- Experience integrating Oracle Cloud with Oracle fusion ERP / HCM and other external sources.
- Experience with Groovy scripting, Rest APIs and EPM Automate.
- Experience managing or mentoring EPM analysts.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks including SOX, GDPR.
