Job Description

Location: Hyderabad, India

OTHON is seeking a full time (in office) creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support the firm's marketing and business development efforts. This role will be responsible for creating high-quality proposals, presentations, marketing collateral, digital content, and branding materials while ensuring consistency with the company's visual identity.

The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Adobe InDesign, as proposal production and document layout will be a key responsibility. This position requires someone who can work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and collaborate effectively with teams in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and produce professional proposals, Statements of Qualifications (SOQs), Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), interview presentations, and other business development materials using Adobe InDesign.
- Create brochures, flyers, advertisements, newsletters, case studies, project sheets, and other marketing collateral.
- Design graphics for social media, email campaigns, websites, and other digital marketing initiatives.
- Format technical documents, resumes, reports, and presentations while maintaining brand consistency.
- Collaborate with marketing staff, engineers, and business development teams to create visually compelling marketing materials.
- Develop infographics, charts, maps, icons, and other visual elements to communicate technical information effectively.
- Prepare print-ready artwork and digital files for publication.
- Maintain and organize design templates, image libraries, and other marketing assets.
- Assist with branding initiatives and ensure all materials adhere to company standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.




- Stay current with graphic design trends and recommend improvements to enhance marketing materials.
- Perform other graphic design and marketing-related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree, B.Des, BFA, BVA, BA, B.Sc., Diploma, or Advanced Diploma in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Visual Communication, Applied Arts, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Animation, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign (required).
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and print production.
- Experience creating professional reports, brochures, proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work U.S. business hours when required for meetings or project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC), consulting, or professional services firms.
- Experience designing proposals or bid documents.
- Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
- Experience with Canva, Figma, or Adobe Acrobat.
- Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics is a plus
