Program Manager Construction & Infrastructure Projects

The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of an international project, ensuring alignment with contractual commitments, regulatory requirements, timelines, cost, and quality standards. The role involves coordinating global stakeholders, managing suppliers, mitigating risks, and maintaining transparent communication with client leadership and internal teams.

We are specifically seeking candidates with experience in construction, housing, and building (civil) infrastructure projects. Experience in managing civil, structural, or real estate development projects will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

- Organize, plan, and monitor project execution from initiation through delivery.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules, milestones, and baselines.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality, cost, and timeline expectations.
- Manage change requests and assess impact on scope, schedule, and budget.

Stakeholder & Client Management

- Act as the primary point of contact for international client stakeholders.
- Conduct regular progress reviews and status reporting to senior management.
- Lead technical and management meetings, record minutes, and track action items.
- Support negotiations, including contractual modifications and scope changes.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through transition and post-implementation phases.

Risk & Compliance Management

- Identify, evaluate, mitigate, and monitor project risks.
- Ensure compliance with global regulatory,



contractual, and quality standards.
- Maintain documentation integrity (technical, product, and process documentation).
- Manage audits, acceptance reviews, and client validations.

Supplier & Cross-Functional Coordination

- Manage multiple vendor/supplier contracts and performance.
- Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, IT, and business teams.
- Ensure smooth communication across time zones and cultures.
- Monitor supply chain and delivery performance against contractual obligations.

Process & Optimization

- Implement structured project governance frameworks.
- Identify cost optimization and efficiency improvement opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within project lifecycle.
- Support pre-sales activities including RFP responses when required.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Industrial, Mechanical, Civil), Operations Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or other related fields.
- Postgraduate qualification preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in project/program management.
- Experience managing international projects is mandatory.
- Background in manufacturing, industrial engineering, aerospace, IT services, or IoT-based systems preferred.




- Experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Strong experience in budget management and schedule tracking.

Technical & Professional Skills

- Strong knowledge of project lifecycle methodologies.
- Experience with risk management frameworks.
- Exposure to IoT, engineering systems, or industrial digital transformation projects is an advantage.
- Experience responding to RFPs and supporting pre-sales engagements is a plus.

Certifications (Preferred)

- PMP / PMI Certification.
- PRINCE2 or equivalent project governance certification.
- Relevant technical certifications (IoT / Cloud / Engineering Systems).

Language & Communication Requirements

- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Strong presentation and executive reporting skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and international clients.

Travel Requirements

- Willingness to travel internationally during key project phases.
- Flexibility to support in office client engagements when required.
