Job Description

Infinity Learn by Sri Chaitanya is looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Academic Counsellors (Inside Sales) to join our growing team.

As an Academic Counsellor, you will connect with prospective students and parents, understand their learning requirements, recommend suitable courses, and guide them through the enrollment process. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate sales through outbound calls and follow-ups on assigned leads.
- Understand students' academic needs and recommend suitable learning programs.




- Counsel parents and students regarding our educational products.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close sales.
- Achieve monthly revenue and enrollment targets.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and update customer interactions regularly.

Required Skills

- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
- Experience in Inside Sales/Telesales (EdTech preferred).
- Good negotiation and closing skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.
