Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with strong expertise in Java Enterprise Edition (Java EE/J2EE) and an AI-first mindset to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will work on scalable software solutions while leveraging Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies to improve productivity, automation, and business transformation.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and enhance enterprise applications using Java EE and modern frameworks.
- Integrate Generative AI and Agentic AI capabilities into applications to automate processes and deliver intelligent solutions.
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration across systems.
- Collaborate with architects, product teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver quality software solutions.
- Follow Agile methodologies and continuously improve software quality, performance, and delivery processes.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition (Java EE/J2EE).




- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
- Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
- Good knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and enterprise application development.

AI & Emerging Technology Skills

- Understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Prompt Engineering.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.
- Ability to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications and leverage AI for automation and productivity improvements.

Experience & Education

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Java Enterprise Edition.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (15 years of full-time education).
