Take responsibility for installing GYM equipment.
Attend to customer complaint calls.
Interact with and assist customers.
Professionally and promptly manage field service requests.
Respond to customer complaints, assess, and resolve customer problems.
Perform hands-on troubleshooting, service, and repairs on-site.
Create and maintain service records in the companys database.
Cultivate positive relationships with customers.
Follow up with customers regarding Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and spare parts.

Candidate requirements:
3-8 years experience
Education desire ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics.
Should know how to read and write regional languages.
English Communication: Positive
