- Develop accurate 3D structural steel models using Tekla Structures based on structural contract drawings.
- Model beams, columns, braces, stairs, handrails, miscellaneous steel, embeds, and connection components.
- Coordinate with Detailers, Checkers, and Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Generate General Arrangement (GA) drawings and support the detailing process.
- Update models based on client comments, RFIs, and design revisions.
- Ensure all models comply with AISC standards and project specifications.
- Meet project schedules while maintaining accuracy and quality.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Tekla Structures.
- Candidates must have worked on U.S. structural steel projects.
- Strong understanding of structural steel fabrication and erection.
- Good knowledge of AISC standards.
- Experience with miscellaneous steel modeling is preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 2 months' notice preferred.
