The role involves sourcing raw materials, bought-out components, fabrication services, and specialized engineering supplies required for products such as heat exchangers, cold plates, and other precision-engineered systems.

The ideal candidate should possess solid negotiation skills, supplier management experience, and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and material procurement.

- Plan and procure raw materials, bought-out components, and services based on production and project requirements.
- Identify, develop, and manage suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
- Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and commercial terms with vendors.
- Generate and track Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure on-time material availability.
- Coordinate with Production,



Quality, and Finance teams for smooth procurement and supply chain operations.
- Monitor supplier performance and drive cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.

- Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Experience in Tally.
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and material planning skills.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, BOMs, and procurement processes.
- Experience in sourcing engineering components, metals, machining, or fabrication services is preferred.
