What You Will Bring

- 9–12 years of experience in developing technology solutions, with a minimum of 5 years as a Technical Architect or in a similar role designing and implementing complex technical solutions.
- Expertise in Salesforce Security & Permissions, including data protection, access management, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing models.
- Solid background in designing and developing large-scale web-based systems with exposure to the complete software development lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with version control systems (Git, Bitbucket), CI/CD pipelines, sandbox management, and Salesforce release coordination.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications, define integration points, and document customizations for successful solution implementation.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data models and experience with data import/export, data migration, and data manipulation using Data Loader and ETL tools.




- Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Salesforce Connect, and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Jitterbit, or Informatica.
- Expertise in designing scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce architecture and enterprise solutions.
- Good understanding of Salesforce data sharing, security, visibility models, and platform architecture best practices.
- Experience providing technical guidance, training, and post-implementation support to clients and end users.
- Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills with a user-centric approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
